Damages/Theft Policy

In the event of damages, breakages, or theft during your stay at the apartment/villa, we reserve the right to either invoice you for the balance payable at or before checkout or deduct the amount from the refundable security deposit.

Due Amount

Any outstanding balance from the booking is due at the time of check-in. If the payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund and request the guest to vacate the property immediately.

Identification Requirements

3.1 Guest Details
Please ensure you provide accurate guest information at the time of booking and during check-in (including the number of guests and the composition of your group). Access to the property will not be granted to anyone not listed in the reservation. Outside guests or visitors are strictly prohibited.

Each member of your party must present valid ID proof, such as:

Arrival and Departure Guidelines

4.1 Standard Check-in & Check-out

4.2 Late Check-out & Early Check-in
If these timings cause difficulty, please inform us at the time of booking. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to availability. Contact us in advance to confirm.

4.3 Early Arrivals
For arrivals before 07:00 AM, the booking must be made for the previous night. For check-ins after 07:00 AM, there may be an additional charge, depending on the check-in time.

Non-Arrival (No Show)

5.1 If you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged for the full reservation.

5.2 If you miss your first night but plan to continue your stay, please contact us immediately to retain the property for the remaining nights. Otherwise, your entire reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Shortened Stay (Early Check-Out)

If you decide to check out early, you will still be charged for the full booking period. If you foresee any changes in your plans, please contact us as soon as possible to minimize the charges, subject to the cancellation policy.

Our Liability to You

7.1 We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or distress incurred during your stay.

7.2 We are not liable for faults, damages, or failures of systems such as power, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or refrigeration. Additionally, we are not responsible for any government-related power supply interruptions or the failure of backup systems, including generators and inverters.
