A. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellation Notice: The lead tenant must submit a written cancellation request. The cancellation is effective once received by us.
- Cancellation Fees: Refunds will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation as follows:
- More than 60 days before check-in: 80% refund or option to reschedule.
- 30-60 days before check-in: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
- Within 30 days of check-in: No refund or rescheduling available.
- Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled to dates within 6 months of the original check-in date. The rescheduled duration must be equal to or longer than the original booking. Any price difference will be charged at the time of rescheduling. Only one rescheduling is allowed.
- Prime Dates: Bookings made for prime dates (Holi weekend, Diwali weekend, and 24 Dec-1 Jan) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of the cancellation date.
- Booking Duration: The duration of your booking cannot be reduced after check-in. If you wish to reduce the duration before check-in, the above cancellation terms will apply.
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change the cancellation policy and terms at our discretion.
- B. Cancellation by Host
- Host Cancellation: In the rare case that the host must cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements. If no alternatives are available, we will refund your full payment.
- Force Majeure: If the cancellation is due to force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, government lockdowns, strikes, war, or other similar occurrences), we are not liable for any cancellations.
- Travel Expenses: We are not responsible for the cancellation of your booking or any travel expenses incurred, including flights. It is your responsibility to manage and book your travel arrangements.
- C. Refund Policy
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used for the booking.
