Welcome to Hotel Leela Inn. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for staying at our property. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking and Check-In

  • Guests must provide valid identification during check-in, such as a passport, driving license, or government-issued ID.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • The reservation is confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in time will receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, a one-night stay charge will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.

3. Room Amenities and Usage

  • Each room is equipped with satellite television, a tea/coffee maker, telephone, electronic safe, and an attached bathroom with modern fittings and basic toiletries.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping the room and its amenities in good condition. Any damage or loss of hotel property will result in additional charges.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

4. Facilities

  • Hotel Leela Inn provides facilities such as car rental service, parking, travel assistance, doctor on call, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
  • Guests are advised to safeguard their personal belongings. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the stay.
  • For medical emergencies, a doctor can be arranged on call, and charges for such services will be borne by the guest.

5. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be settled during check-in or check-out, as per the guest’s preference.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments. Any additional services used during the stay will be charged to the final bill.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Hotel Leela Inn expects all guests to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the property and other guests.
  • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violation of any hotel rules may lead to eviction from the premises without a refund.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest for reasons such as intoxication, unruly behavior, or misuse of property.

7. Liability

  • The hotel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages that occur during your stay, unless caused by the direct negligence of hotel staff.
  • Hotel Leela Inn is not responsible for interruptions in services like Wi-Fi or power outages that are beyond its control.

8. Privacy Policy

  • All personal information collected during the reservation and stay is used solely for providing services to the guests and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Hotel Leela Inn reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
